PSA began when brand founder, Nicolas, went on a trip to Malaysia to train Sephora staff ahead of the launch of ALLIES OF SKIN. Nicolas is a firm believer that healthy skin is everyone's birthright, so he set to work to create a new brand that was user-friendly, focused, fun and easy-to-use, and above all, more affordable.
Behind The Brand: The Founder's Story
Nicolas Travis is a true powerhouse in the beauty industry. After a tragic accident that resulted in devastating facial injuries and multiple infections, Nicolas struggled with his self confidence and had to learn to overcome his fears and accept himself - a lengthy journey which took him several years. Nicolas knew that if he was facing these struggles with his feelings over his skin, so would others, too. This led him to wanting to help others to feel better about themselves.
Over the last decade, Nicolas has developed and perfected skincare formulas, working to experiment and combine with new active ingredients. ALLIES began as just three products, but has since grown into a full range. With ALLIES, Nicolas continues to break the rules of formulation, with their product ethos of precision and quality remaining the same.
